I went 1 win, 0 losses and 2 pushes in last weekend's picks in this league.

Lille +190 over Nice (0.5 units) (Nordic Bet)
Lille/Nice draw +185 (0.5 units) (several books)
I just can't understand these odds. Lille is in second place playing outstanding ball and just knocked off first-place Lyon. Sure, there will be somewhat of a letdown and that is why I'm splitting my bet here with the draw. But I don't honestly know anyone who would take Nice here especially after losing to 2nd-to-last Bastia last weekend.

I hope to have 2 more picks. I'm waiting on better odds and a possible Asian handicap to open up in one match.

Paris has had a result of 0-0 in their last 3 matches. Last-place Istres has gone under 2.5 in 10 out of their last 12 matches.

Lyon -1 and -1.5 -109 over Rennes (Pinnacle)
Lyon is coming off their first defeat of the year (against Lille) and will want to retain their narrow 3-point lead in the tables. Rennes has not scored in their last 4 road matches and they have only scored 3 goals on the road this year while Lyon has only given up 3 goals at home.

Thanks jus000. Ordinarily I would not bet on Lyon -1.5 but I believe they have something to prove today.

Hey QL. I dont know if you saw the report on that Lyon game or not, but it sure sucked. I was watching thier scoreboard on Lyon's page. I thought we had the game handled. We were up 2-0 in the 90th minute. The ref had 3 mins of stoppage. On the last freaking kick of the game, a dude from Rennes stole the ball from Lyon and shot it right in. And the worst part was, Rennes had a man out with a red card. As soon as it went in they blew the full time whistle. That messed my parlay all up with Lyon -1.5 and Auxerre -1. That really did suck... I hope you had a good day and I wish you luck.

jus000, this is the 2nd bad beat I've had in injury time. Maybe next time we will be on the winning end of such an event.

Another goal at the 90+ minute mark. Good thing I didn't have just Lille.

I'm still debating looking at these 2 teams for the under again.
